Titles can be tricky.  President, CEO, craftsman or janitor.  The key is to bring character, truth and impact to the job you do.  I have been all of the above, but now prefer the title of Steward, Husband and Pops.  Beyond that, I like to fix things.  Broken toys, to broken companies.  There is a process of discovery and continuous improvement that every business needs.
